Item Description

Limited Edition (LE) & serial numbered set of three (3) vintage wooden nesting dolls featuring Wisconsin legend Bob Uecker a.k.a. "Mr. Baseball." The 3 nesting dolls measure: 2.5" (small - Milwaukee Braves #8), 3.5" (medium - St. Louis Cardinals #9) and 5" (large - Milwaukee Brewers). The set is in excellent condition and marked on the bottom #29,589 of 42,000. These wooden nesting dolls were made to pay tribute to Bob Eucker who played Major League Baseball (MLB) for the St Louis Cardinals and the Milwaukee Braves and was the radio voice of the Milwaukee Brewers. The nesting dolls were sponsored by Piggly Wiggly grocery store & the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel newspaper and were only given out at the Milwaukee Brewers baseball game in 2005 to honor "Mr. Baseball."
